Dear one, as each day opens with the light of the heart, it moves you toward more well-being, guidance, and expansion on the path. Every day opens up new opportunities, no matter what your opinion of them is. They are for your growth.

There is the human tendency to judge what you see, think, and feel in each moment as good or bad. The quickness of this judgment has allowed the human species to stay alive and prosper in this field of duality and duplicity.

This has served you well until now, when you must increase your frequency. This means not judging or fighting against what is but consciously choosing the high road. Rather, choose to be in allowance, acceptance, and forgiveness as a higher understanding.

Your awakening consciousness now allows you to move beyond survival to thriving. There have been many inventions in the evolution of physical comfort on Earth. It is time to share these blessings of prosperity with the many, so all may thrive.

Time is moving forward at an unprecedented pace. The Milky Way galaxy is moving through an area of space that it has never been in before. The number of solar flares and the eclipses of the sun and moon also change the frequencies of the Earth. And many other happenings add extra dimensions to life.

Your lifetime also speeds up the older you get. Resilience is the need of the hour to continue moving ahead to keep up with the change.

We, the angelic hosts, are not affected by the dimension of time (the 4th dimension). However, we do note it to give you a greater perspective. We are pointing out to you that you are now experiencing an evolution where the frequencies of space and time are changing you.

There is a tipping point for igniting DNA energy within humanity that will change the known world beyond what has been conceived. You have a built-in spiritual technology that is ready to come online.

This process is called the awakening of consciousness. Ascension, enlightenment, discovering Nirvana, or the rapture, may resonate with meaning for you. This awakening, too, is gathering momentum.

Your freedom of choice is pressing upon you, as is the need to consciously choose and commit to what is next.

The physical body sometimes has resistance to the “higher,” faster frequencies and the cellular changes they bring. It may be physically uncomfortable in many ways.

Take care of your human body. Limit the stress of life in any way that you can think of. Avoid toxic substances that diminish your body’s resistance to the changes it must make.

It has been said that the physical opposes the spiritual, but we say that the physical is also spiritual—you cannot separate them. You came here to make the physical world a “heavenly place.”

As above, so below. The microcosm and the macrocosm, are terms that are used to show how everything reflects the patterns that have created heaven and earth.

The angels do salute you for all that you have and will accomplish in this shift of the ages, whether you are conscious or unconscious through the process. We honor your role in the ascension process of the earth.
